To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for shipping charges.
Exchanges:
There will be no exchanges due to the need for multiple shippings.
Returns Due To Damaged or Wrong Goods:
A refund or new product will be provided. We will pay for shipping charges.
Inspection:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement product. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. For replacement, your products will be shipped immediately. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world; however, there are no returns on international shipments. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
